When Dan Leonardi, a faded high school football star, discovers the bank is foreclosing on his father's house, he enters a streaming dance competition to pay off the mortgage.  But as he excels and finds himself propelled into L.A. super-stardom, the distance between him and his girlfriend back home grows, and Dan is forced to choose between his old and new worlds.
